studies have shown …
studies have shown that people who wear gloves have more germs on their hands, because they can’t feel their hands and thus are less likely to wash them for a very long long time, anyone working in the food industry knows how necessary (for personal cleanliness as well) to wash their hands frequently, plus - it also just feels uncomfortable
I notice that in …
I notice that in most business areas the vendors will wear gloves but up by Columbian Presbyterian hospital they will only put it on when the cop is there. As soon as the cop goes they take the gloves off. Also check out the show “Busted on the Job” Where the street vendor goes to the bathroom on the street and then comes back to the cart. He doesn’t wipe his hands or put on gloves. He dips the same hand he used to shake himself and put it in the food.
These side walk …
These side walk food vendors are first generation immigrants who didnt have much education and could barely speak English. Their children are the ones who will become doctors, lawyers and businessmen like those of Mr. Ali’s from Tehran.
