What you need:

1 1/2 pounds Courgette (washed)
4 tablespoon Olive oil
1/4 teaspoon Hot red pepper
1/4 teaspoon Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Salt
4 tablespoon Italian parsley (chopped)

Dressing for Salad:

1 tablespoon Vinegar
3 tablespoon Olive oil

Description:

Clean the courgette and slice them into 1/4 inches thick.

Put the slices of courgette on a casserole.

Mix it with 2/3 cup of water, 4 tablespoon of Olive Oil, 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper, 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon cumin.

Seasoned with salt.

Heat for five minutes or just until it is crispy.

Refrigerate and keep cold.

Drain the courgette when serving.

Create the dressing by mixing the vinegar and olive oil. Seasoned it with salt and pepper.

Add the dressing to the courgette, mix them well and serve it with parsley as garnish.

Serve immediately.

This is an interesting and different recipe for a cake, that the whole family will enjoy.

A Recipe for Cake With Zucchini (Courgette) and Chocolate

Ingredients:

1/2 cup to 1 cupful chocolate chips
3 courgette, approximately six inches in length, cut into shreds (approximately 2 cps)
One t. cinnamon spice
2 A half cup of plain white flour
three free-range eggs
0.5 Cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla flavour
0.5 Cup normal sugar
One Cup brown or muscovado sugar
Half C. healthy oil
half a cup buttermilk
four T, cocoa powder
One teaspoon common salt
2 t. bicarbonate of soda

Instructions:

Whilst you are preparing the ingredients, set your oven so it preheats to 325 degrees Farenheit.

Grease a 9×13″ cake pan and place to the side.

Take a mixing bowl andcombine sugars, the oil and the butter.
Break in the eggs, the buttermilk and the vanilla and mix thoroughly.

With a sifter or sieve, sieve the salt, flour, cocoa, cinnamon and baking soda to make one.

Stir both mixtures together

Mix in the shredded courgette and mix well.

Pour into pan and spinkle the top with chocolate chips.

Transfer to the hot oven and bake for 45 mins.

Allow to cool, remove from tin and place on a rack to cool before serving.
